Our Process

The main steps involved in the manufacture of fishmeal and fish oil are

  • Fish reception and storage;
  • Cooking;
  • Pressing of cooked fish
  • Decanting of press water
  • Centrifugation of decanted water to produce fish oil and stickwater;
  • Evaporation of stickwater;
  • Meal cooling;
  • Grinding; and
  • Storage and packaging of fishmeal and fish oil.

In addition to the above processing steps, cleaning of process equipment, containers, floors,

and all delivery vehicles will be carried out on a daily basis. The fish will be landed at fishing

ports along the Al Wusta and Al Sharqiya coast.
