Location

The project will be located in the Wilayat of Ad Duqm in the Al Wusta Governorate in the northern corner of the designated Fisheries Industries Complex in the Special Economic Zone for Ad Duqm. Duqm Airport is located some 8 km to the North West of the site which itself is approximately 24 km south of the Port of Duqm. SEZAD lies approximately 550 km from Muscat and 600 km from Salalah to the South. The project is being proposed to be setup at a prime location inside the Proposed Fisheries Industrial Zone at SEZAD. The site has good connectivity with the Duqm city, the port, airport and other parts of the country. Land area of 20,028 sqm. in the north corner of the designated Fisheries Industrial Complex has been obtained from SEZAD for the project for 25 years lease, starting May 2015
